Anyone know: When will be able to see pilots in chairs from outside the ship?

I presume this is coming, but can't be sure. Anyone know if it's slated for Dec release? Would love to be able to see actual pilots/avatars in pilots chairs when flying close to another spacecraft vs. simply an empty chair flown by an invisible pilot/commander.

Who wouldn't love to fly around as the stig in a martini racing viper?
FDEV, you hear me? Gulf racing skins, Martini racing skins, any great racing scheme skins. This would tempt even me into buying one.
Oh, and Avatars clad in white Nomex, naturally.

That'd be cool. But I'd gladly settle for ships w/o empty cockpits. Sure, I'd love to be able to see my fully customized avatar in the pilot's chair, but absent that - something other than an empty chair would be cool too!
