anyone know where there is a pirate station in the bubble

hi all can someone help me and tell me where there is a pirate station inside the bubble as i want to get rid of this bloody illegal stuff i still have .
i am currently stationed at rabigo
any help would be great

What "illegal stuff"?
Stolen items -> you need a station with a Black Market, nearest to you would be Robigo Mines (asuming you actually mean Robigo, as there is no Rabigo)
Bounties -> you want an Interstellar Factor. EDDB reports them in all the Odyssey only ground bases in Robigo, otherwise the nearest would be Crimson Exchange in HIP 10792

In general, if you're looking for things like this, EDDB is your address of choice (or, if you like a different UI, Inara - they both access the same data base).

If you want to get rid of stuff that is illegal, just fly somewhere and jettison it from your ship. Don't do it right outside a station! They think it's messy, and you get a fine. 10 Km away from any station, you can dump anything you like.

Or just discard in the station. That works now.
