Hi all

I remember there's a facility in some stations called "IR something something" where you can cash in all your bounties at 25% less but you can cash in all of them, empire, federation, alliance, anything.
Anyone know the exact name and where to find them?

Look for stations/starports on the system map that have broker network listed under facilities/services. Have a feeling they show up in low security systems but can't remember.

go to a low security system, park at base, contacts, factor contact i believe they are called

You mean they are in low security system and planetary bases?
