In the assignment, does it say where these should go. I don't have strategic reports this week but the other two I have are
- Transport Media Materials to Acquisition systems
- Transport Sealed Contracts to Reinforcement systems
I think had to work out that filtering the Galaxy Map (Powerplay > Power > state) was required. Took me a while to find Acquisition targets showed under Expansion and Reinforcement under Exploited. There might be a quicker / better way as using two terms such as Acquisition / Expansion feels naturally confusing to me
Suggestion here you need to find a Fortified system held by another power rather than yours
