Anyone notice a shortage of ammo?

Ive tried several stations even though they say restock on the info on the map screen when you get there they are red and unavailable someone buying it all up?

Propably because of faction lockdown of the stations you're visiting.

When a controlling faction is pressed influenze wise - they'll do a lockdown on all their stations. Should explain what you're experiencing?
