He was actually just bitten by a radioactive teddy bear that mutated him into a cuddly monster of pummeling death.
I realized also that his battlecry of "TEDDY SMASH!" is a bit too close to Marvel and the Hulk so i have changed it to "TEDDY HUG!" which fits the character more...i doubt the surviveability level for the victim is any higher.
