Anyone remember Virus?

(or its more recent incarnation Virus 2000?)

I wonder if FD have considered making a new version of that. imo it was a cracker of an arcade game and I would suggest a huge amount of the tech in such a game would feed beautifully into ED.

possibly not a game i would pay full bubble for as it was very simplistic, but as a £15 budget title it would be a day 1 purchase for me.

naaah not that bad. it was a bit janky due to framerate but other than that i thought it was fine.

Amiga version works like a charm (Virus), V2000 lies around somewhere but no idea wether it would work under Win10 still ... had also good sound.

It was a great game. I thought V2000 was casual garbage though. No longer instadeath by scraping the ground? Lame!

I remember seeing it on something like Micro Live and finding the graphical style absolutely mind-blowing... just a million miles ahead of anything I could imagine a computer doing.
