Anyone running a Nvidia GTX 1070Ti with HMD set to 2.0, if so what driver ?.

I'm curios if there's anyone that is running a Ultra setting with HMD set to 2.0, I'm using the latest drivers for this card and anything > 1.5HMD causes jitters.

Is there a older driver which provides better performance for this card ?.

LOL - no. If if people come and claim they do, they're not without overlooking serious FPS issues. HMD 1.5 is too high if you're aiming for a native non-reprojected 90FPS under almost all ingame scenarios but 1.5 will provide you will quite a smooth experience if you can overlook the ASW artifacting. Best to just accept that VR will not give you monitor level visuals or you'll drive yourself mad. After a while of using VR you won't miss them, you'll be far too immersed :D

Not a driver issue, you'd need a much much more powerful GPU to manage hmd set to 2.0. Not even a 1080ti will manage a locked 90fps with those settings.

Maybe a titan V?

You could try experimenting, try SS set to 1.25x and HMD at 1.25x, you might even be able to bump HMD up to 1.5x. But being totally honest, I can't see a difference between 1.0xSS/1.5xHMD and 1.25xSS/1.5xHMD.

Doubt it's achievable. I have a 1080ti and it would struggle to run ED on ultra + HMD 2.0. Does it ok without SS and some other settings lowered, and basically agree with the post above, should really choose SS or HMD. I find HMD better.
