I believe I bought mine from Araki Vision in Kulici on 7th August (based on my flight log that's the only LYR system I visited that day and I did buy it for 15+2.5% off). Whether it's in stock there now, no idea.
Thank you for responding. But I think I found the issue. The Python Mk II simply doesn't exist for me. It's not even listed as "not available". I play Horizons 4.0 but have no Odyssey yet. Could it be Odyssey only?

It may be cheaper to just buy Odyssey for the new ships, as the Arx cost will exceed that noticeably... (as Horizons 'Live' is running on exactly the same code, if live runs OK for you today, so will Odyssey)
