Anyone taking Thursday off work for the Beta?

Back in the days folks would take a sick day so they could stand in line at GameStop, or BestBuy, or whatever to get the latest Call of Duty, or whatever. Man-childs, mostly. I for one am glad we live in a world where I can take a sick day for a video game and not have to worry about being spotted by the boss "in the real world",; just me in my pj's, downloading a beta. Sweet.

You know what's wicked though, and I highly suggest you do this - get up at the crack of dawn and go for a jog or even a walk. It's absolutely marvelous to laugh at all the lemmings in their cars trundling to work whilst safe in the knowledge that the rest of your day shall consist of a shower, a nice cuppa and video games.

Then fall asleep & play it til it's time to go back to work on Friday...

Remember, FD are a UK company. I have always assumed release near the end of my UK work day and so far, barr delays, that has always been the way!

I expect to be downloading Thursday evening, probably wont be available until 18:00 CET anyway, and I expect it to take a while. Might get an hour or two to look at it that night.

Although I play on Xbox and can't play the beta, the every day is a day off definitely doesn't bother me.
