It's not pinched, it just hasn't been paid for!

Anyway having hauled this stuff all the way back the mission giver doesn't want it! At least there is no option to close the mission off and deliver! Black market doesn't want it either because despite it being listed as illicit cargo apparently according to them I'm not carrying anything illegal. ermmmmm!!!!!!

On a serious note I'm guessing this is a bug then!

Did it come from a mission that will give you commodities/mats/data as a reward? If so, have you double-checked that you have room for that reward prior to handing in the mission? Maybe this was redundant, if so I am sorry for wasting your time, but they're the only cases I know of where you can't hand in the mission.

Ok turns out I didn't have enough so I went back and got some more then all was good. Should have read the small print!!

Always read the mission fine print, or at least the mission summary in the Transactions tab. For salvage missions, the mission descriptions often talk about you going to fetch them "a" black box or "a" rebel transmission or whatever, but they actually want three or four of them.
