Sure anyone is allowed, accounts arn't tied to forum accounts.

Just try not to be the guy always asking about things. Keep concise questions to a thread or two like you have here. People don't mind investigating things but I remember an old beta where one chap posted about 9 threads with questions and that got old pretty quick

You are also welcome to put your thoughts/opinions based on other peoples comments and experiences but obviously take it with a pinch of salt since you haven't played it personally
