Anyway to quickly see developer posts?

Is there a way on the forums to read developer posts only rather than going through every thread looking for tidbits of feedback from them? Thanks.

Besides clicking on the red symbol next to the threads they're in? There's one on each of their posts as well jumping to the next dev post in that thread if more than one exists.
