Anyway to relocate both ships?

I got a Freeeagle being a beta backer, the problem is that i have to keep going back to Cosi in order to fly it. When i switch ships my sidewinder will stay at cosi, so am I always gonna be tied to Cosi or is there some way to move both ships to another system without the need to commit suicide?

There really needs to be some sort of "ship delivery" service in game. I would prefer to have at least 2 ships (fighter, explorer) but currently it would be just a major PITA as I tend to do my business in two areas that are about 150ly apart. Wouldn't even mind if a fee was associated with such a service, maybe 500-1000 cr per Ly + all the wear and tear costs.

If you could allow friends to fly your ships you could ask a friend to do it. Allowing friends to fly your ships would open up a lot of gameplay opportunities. I do hope they prioritise group play because it kills a lot of birds with one stone with regards to what the game is capable of.

buy a second sidewinder at the system you want to move too, sell it when you swap to your freagle.

Thought about this the other day myself. Not a bad idea actually, and the cost of a sidewinder doesn't make it too prohibitive. Just have to make sure you have a capable FSD to get from wherever you are to where your other ship is. I think it's reasonable and adds a money sink to the game.

Delivery has been talked about.

I think it will come in and personally I eagerly await it. I'd happily pay 10k credits to have a ship delivered and wait 24 hours for it.

Just tested this using the sidewinder method. Ended up losing about 2k in the whole deal which included the purchase of an upgraded FSD. There's one or two jumps in there you can't make with the stock drive. Not too bad, I'd say. At least now I've got my Eagle out of the impound. That's what I call Dalton Gateway because of the 10 minute trip it takes to get there once you jump in system. Ridiculous place to store a ship. And of course that's the other cost, time to get it and take it where you want it.
