Apex Taxi from Prisons

I would like to propose adding a section dedicated to Apex, inside the prisons, so that those who do not have a ship can move around without problems. In addition, it would be advisable to give priority to taxis to access the stations without the need to make the waiting list, facilitating minutes and minutes of waiting.

Yeap, i wonder what am i missing from the OP, because Prisons do have Apex - however i do agree that elevators are a bit "hidden" and not exactly in your face
