Apollo 11 ( Eagle ) on July 20, 1969, at 20:17 UTC. Armstrong became the first person to step onto the lunar surface six hours later on July 21 at 02:56:15 UTC; Aldrin joined him 19 minutes later.

Maybe Elite Dangerous, Frontier will open up the Moon for landing.

Well, it's highly unlikely that the moon will be opened up for this but if you want to join others to mark the event there is an expedition planned:

Make it landable by Adders. Nothing more look-alike to a real spacecraft then a tactical white Adder. Mini-Shuttle anyone?
