Hey Park Managers!
It's the end of April, and we'd like to do a round up of the month for you!
NEWS:
We hope you are all taking extra care in looking after yourselves. The current global COVID-19 pandemic has caused the Frontier team to work from home, but we are still active on social media, Discord, Reddit and the forums as usual, so we are still here to talk to should you need us!
Due to this, we won't be holding any Jurassic World Evolution livestreams until we are safe to go back into the studio. We're looking forward to starting our livestreams up again as soon as possible and continuing our Return to Jurassic Park playthrough, but until then we'll be looking into ways to have fun with you all! Look out for our Weekly Schedules, which we post every Monday on the forums to see if there are any JWE activities or streams you can take part in!
We’ve been looking into some of our players’ feedback reports and have identified an issue with the nVidia driver causing crashes in Jurassic World Evolution. nVidia have recently released a new driver update (445.87) which includes a fix for these specific crashes. If you were experiencing these crashes, especially on start-up, please update to the latest nVidia drivers and try opening the game again. We hope this will solve this problem! If you continue to experience issues with crashes, please use the Issue Tracker to make a report. Thanks for your patience and feedback on this one!
We are currently running our Clever Girl competition, which will be active until the 14 May, where we're looking for dinosaurs are brilliantly camouflaged and stealthily stalking through their enclosures. Think you can capture just what we're looking for? For all the competition details, check out the competition here.
