Bought the game and I am very impressed with it have looked on the animal listing but i do not see much like dolphins orca even flying animals like parrots will there be plans for them as dlc or is these not going to happen I mean it would be cool to have them in the game unless this will be a problem for the game developers?

We simply do not know. It is possible, since we have volumentric water for marine animals and I imagine flying creatures could be done by adding some kind of aviary building, but developers rarely share any future plans with gamers.
I also think they would first want to add some land animals from continents that are not represented much. Think polar bears, penguins, kangaroos... All your typical zoo animals that are currently missing. We will have to wait and see

You're not alone. Most people want these animals. probably will come with DLC in future.
