Simply just make a tank like an aviary and create the aquatic creatures, each would only fit 1 I.E mosasaurus, I.E megalodon etc, instead of amber there would be ice. if the tank is destroyed it will flood the park injuring many guests, if the creature is something like a megalodon and not an amphibian it will die, if it is an amphibian or air breathing (like mosasaurus) it will slide around momentarily before it gets stuck you'd have to transport it into a new tank, because its already motionless you wouldn't need to tranquillise it
