Arabian Animal Pack

1. Hamadryas Baboon
2. Dromedary Camel
3. Caracal
4. Common Genet
5. Ratel
6. Striped Hyena
7. Nubian Ibex
8. Ornate Mastigure(exhibit)
I'd swap the Genet for the arabian oryx, because it is mostly european, and animal packs generally need reskins.

The Genet isnt mostly european lol.
They only were introduced by humans to iberia and some mediteran islands.
They are spread over pretty much all of Africa and are if anything an african animal

The hamadrayas is definitely not north african. The striped hyena is found in arabia, but the scimitar and addax are not.
It lives in horn of Africa so we can argue if It’s North Africa or North Eastern 😂
Arabian animal pack suggests 2 things:
  • animals of Arabian peninsula or
  • animals that inhabit Arabic countries
Egypt and Libia are considered geographically Arabic and everything from Tunisia torward west is considered Maghreb yet still Arabic centred countries.
So yes I understand what you mean and again Arabian pack without any desert antelope is not complete for me.

This pack is supposed to be a pack for the arabic peninsula

I think Arabian oryxes are important due to their importance in conservation.
They are a success story of reintroduction.
The first animal to go from extinct in the wild to vulnerable, thanks to reintroduction programs from Saudi Arabia and Israel, which had the help from zoos.

Find the difference

They look nothing alike when you choose less nitpicked pictures.

In this picture the arabian oryx is in the exact shade needed to mimic the Gemsbok.
Wouldn't say nothing alike, but certainly with very notable differences in coloration and body size and to a lesser extent shape body shape and horn size in proportion to the body (usually, there are some huge horned gemsbok).

It doesn’t say it anywhere 🤷🏽‍♂️
For me the Arabic animal pack would be animals that inhabit Arabic countries not just one peninsula 😜
The divide between the Persian gulf, Levant, Arabia and North africa is not really questionable. Arabia to me means the arabian peninsula.
