Ararchy bounty collecting missing?

So i got into a fight with an asp in an anarchy system and he opened fire first, after i killed the NPC it said bounty collected 37k cr but when i check my left screen theirs nothing about collecting it? is it a bug or do you not actually get the bounty in an Anarchy state? I'm confused, this happen to anyone else?

Crimes are not reported in anarchy systems, so no bounties, you need kill warrant scanner to get bounties.

I've tried to find some bounties in anarchy systems and all ships showed clean to me even the ones who attacked others I guess I better get that kill warrant scanner module.

I forgot to add I scanned him with a B class warrant scanner aswell.

I've not got a single bounty today at all, everyone i killed says i collected in the top right info screen, but then no bountys to cash in. I've lost maybe 300k today

If you are playing open you can get a bit of lag, transactions not showing up, or in rare cases disappearing altogether. One of the reasons I went back to solo.

I'm with RedRaven not collected anything at all recently in anarchy state, have you collected bounty in anarchy system? I'm just wondering if its to do with the anarchy system that dont pay out?

They don't pay, basically when you use kill warrant scanner they just randomly have bounty with feds or empire. It should show in your transaction screen, you just collect at a federal or empire station.

Oh yeah i know, i scan everyone down, make sure they have a bounty before i engage. But everyone i have spoken to tonight has been having issues with bounties in Anarchy systems.

Thats the thing after scanning them and showing up as bounty as 37k I blow them up and the blue text on the info top right panel shows up as 37k bounty but when i check the transaction nothing for feds/empire/etc is on that screen even if i warp jump or log out...

sometimes it takes a few swaps between the contacts tab and the transactions tab for bounties to show

Been doing this all day and still nothing. There must be an issue between server and clients, anywho I've sent a few tickets in so hopefully their aware.

I had bounty before the last patch. the only difference was i didn't have cargo scanner on the same button (trying to do cargo and warrant at the same time.) I just sold my cargo scanner for a wake sensor thing but only had the warrant bind to the one button. and i got my 25k kill for the empire. I've ticketed the bug, you want to try it and see if you're doing the same as me?
