I've now gone on a nostalga trip down memory lane.

So, lets see some screenshots of you're favourite arcade game from your childhood.

This blew me away when I first saw it in the arcades, standing on tiptoes to see over the shoulders of the older kids crowding around the machine.

That game and Space Ace were mindblowing when they came out.

Just the sound of that game was amazing.

R-Type. me and my friends spent an absolute fortune on that one game when we were at Uni! I have it on my PC, and phone, I'm so nostalgic about it.

Joust is one of the greatest games of all times. I'm surprised it didn't inspire as many clones as the famous twin-stick granddaddy of all time...

There was one game in the early/mid eighties where u were a sheriff protecting a bank, you faced three doors and when they opened you had a split second to shoot who appeared you got bonuses for speed and other stuff but it was not always a bandit that appeared you had to be careful who u shot. I loved that game, spent a fortune on it and now I can't even REMEMBER ITS NAME

Sounds a lot like bank panic to me. Loved it too.
