Pretty sure he means that lumping Patwa together with gangsta street talk because those who speak it tend to be predominantly black is a bit... iffy. Kinda like how in classical Greece the Greek called people from other cultures barbarians as they thought every other language sounded like "Barbarbar bar bar barbar bar!". Then again, the translator is hilarious and so are Scudmungus'posts. :D

Anyway, pretty sure that in all control systems of the Archon drugs should be legal in *all* stations. If it was an exploited system it depends on the local factions.

I have to confess to a slight feeling of social angst here - if Commander Scudmungus is actually a Rasta then it seems a bit off poking fun at the accent.

On the other hand if he is some guy RPing a Rasta then it would seem less off...
