Is this Arcot verification a real thing? I want to buy this game, but it looks really low budget, like a phishing attempt. Sorry to ask such a paranoid question but I've dealt with fraud in the past, it's annoying.

I believe that the Arcot verification is something to do with your Visa card issuer, rather than Frontier. Best to call your card company customer services to check.
