Arctic pack issue

I got the Arctic pack for Christmas. Started playing it today and realized I did not get most of all the scenery/ construction stuff that is suppose to come with it. No lights, ribbons, flags, walls, doors, trim, bins, tables, etc... I have seen a couple You tube videos going into detail what comes with this pack. I even tried the buttons to pinpoint where it is. Arctic theme, arctic pack, even the DLC button. The only thing that pops up are a couple of ice sculptures, couple of trees and rocks. I did get the animals, along with arctic hard shelters, and staff arctic facilities. That is it.

I don't know if other people had this issue or if they even realize that there is more to it.

What game type are you playing in? The Arctic build pack is found under mechanic research for the workshop and needs to be researched like you would the classic or new world theme.
 
Make sure you don't have your filters set such that the arctic construction pieces aren't showing. I have to assume you did do the research, seeing as you mention other parts that do require research as well (staff facilities).

Try to do a "repair" to your game files if you use steam and it's not a filter or research issue, that's all I can think of.
 
My money is on it not being researched, rookie mistake, did it myself.... means you only get the starting stuff like rocks and stuff. The old, 'stuff I havent research not accessible' bug.
 
I will try repair files when I log in the next time. Where do I find that command? When I right click on the game when I am in my Steam library?

Yes, right click the game and choose "Properties" then select the "Local Files" tab, and lastly click the "Verify file integrity" button.
Good luck! Hope it works to fix your issue. The arctic pack has some really awesome construction and scenery pieces.
 
Thanks guys for your suggestions but none of it works. I have submitted a ticket and even they said this was a odd issue.
So now it is just a back and forth with me and the support team.
