Are CTD issues still being resolved?

So, i can't play at all, since the game crashes every single time i enter a sandbox game (new game, any options on or off, doesn't matter).

The career for some reason DOES seem to work (still crashes just not often)

I've tried all suggested things. Driver updates, windows update, file integrity check, compatibility mode, run as admin, fullscreen, windowed... pfffff a lot was tried, nothing seems to work.

SO, I'm not willing to simply accept a half working game. Sandbox mode IS really the only mode I play (creative). So this game is largely useless to me in it's current state.

However I am willing to just "wait it out" until the game is patched (though, really, it's May, how many more months can it take to patch a CTD issue?!), that IS provided the game is actually still being patches for the crashing issues... Or have we already gotten to the point where most people are not crashing and thing are "good enuff"?!

So, it's a fair enough question. Will these bugs get fixed... ever? Or should i just request a refund?

(Yes, i've filed a bug-report (well more like 80, but ok) and filed a support ticket.)

Unfortunately that two was already attempted, along with all the other usual suspects.

My experience is, when a developer gives you the "update drivers, update windows, reinstall the game, reinstall your drivers" routine, you are up a big poopcreek, and they have no idea what's going on.

If they add "check if your computer is not overheating", then all hope is definitely lost!

What's up with the buggy release that's still broken after 6 months anyway?! Isn't frontier a pretty big studio with a ton of experience in these type of titles?

This is downright shady.
