Are mining missions gone since 3.0.5?

My usual stations that had mining missions since they were turned back on a few patches ago do not have them anymore. And I've been to a half-dozen other stations with refinery, extraction and industrial economies — all in boom states — and have not found a single mining mission since 3.0.5.

Seems normal at my usual spots.

yep, they're still there. I was in a station last night that was full of mining missions.

Also in the current station I'm parked at, they are available.
