What Facta said. Neutron jet speed / rotation has no meaning, White dwarfs on the other hand, those are out to kill you.

To clarify what Bigmaec said about White Dwarfs, the difference being the occlusion zone for WDs are much bigger than for Neutron Stars, and usually extend very close to the ends of the jets, making the chance of getting pulled out of supercruise much more likely, and being burnt to a crisp.

No, despite their fierce appearance they are no more dangerous than any other neutron star. Just make sure to stay far enough away from the neutron star so as to not enter the exclusion zone and you should be good.
