Horizons are stations more cloudy now?

I noticed today that when I enter a station, its cloudy or smokey inside. This is after the engineers update. Does anyone else have this issue?

I had understood in the update notes that fog was being added to stations. I guess with all those thrusters being used, there's bound to be some smokiness around. Not enjoying it all that much; makes it hard to see the landing pad numbers that are way in the back when coming in for a landing. Maybe not quite so ... thick.

I spent some time fooling around with my monitor and graphics card settings. Thought it was me lol.

i don't care for the smoke and hope they put it back the way it was.

I noticed it too. Not sure whether I like it or not yet. I'll have to head to a palm tree station to see how it looks there.

I like it a lot. It makes the stations appear even larger than before. I can't wait for planets with atmosphere. I really miss atmospherical effects in the game. They do a lot to give you a better sense of scale and depth.

Yes, there is now an atmosphere to the atmosphere. It's not "Fog" so much as it is all of the things. Exhaust vapour, steam, smoke...

It used to be a feature in the past and was removed, presumably until they could optimise it. It's back now and looks great :)
