Newcomer / Intro Are the COVAS voices free?

I am new and it seems Covas voices are available under Extras. Why buy the voices then? I probably missed something I am guessing.

There are two free COVAS voices with several others available to purchase using Arx.

People change them or buy others to get a delivery/accent that works for them.
