Are the game servers completely down? I can't jump, can't enter supercruise, just getting "orange sidewinder"

I've been having that on and off for the last day or so. I thought it was my Internet being slow, but if others are having the same problem, then perhaps it's not.

hmm well I completely quit out of the game, restarted, and now it seems to be working fine

Same error code happening to me now. Ever since the introduction of Fleet Carriers, there has been bad lag every time I am coming out from Supercruise to Ray Gateway at Diaguandri. Tonight the lag is so bad, I got dumped from the game twice . Frontier better fix this ASAP or else.

I dare say that it will get fixed but probably not as quickly as we'd like.
