Are the Voyager probes still missing?

Although I know they WERE in game, I've tried for many hours to find them by calculating their trajectory and spiral-searching around trying to see them. They don't seem to show up at all.

I've read reports here and on reddit they have been missing since 1.3 maybe?

Is that true? Am I wasting my time?

Screw it. Since slowing right down to type that post, I flip back to the game to find myself surrounded by 7 ships and being gangbanged. Ship dies in seconds, 2 million LS from Sol.

Waste of time.

It might improve your mood to hear that both Voyagers were re-discovered. They were never gone, just very hard to find.

PS.
SOL is an extremely poor and rundown System. Be careful when flying around in it ;)
