Just as the subject asks, I'm curious if any of the characters in powerplay like Arissa Duval, President Hudson etc have appeared in any canon work outside of the Galnet newsfeed.

Powerplay didn't come out until well after the original books were written, thus the powerplay characters didn't exist at the time.
