Are there problems with servers?

I'm currently in middle of Dahan, I've tried to supercruise 5 times now to a station and every time I eventually get matchmaking server disconnections.

Is there some special trick to resolve it? Internet is working fine :/

Seems I answered my own question. Changed to solo play and wow, what a difference, no lag, straight to super cruise etc. Looks like I'll be staying out of open play now.
