are these moon lnes meant to be here?

So, m hanging about sol and flew over to take a peek at our moon to see if i could spot the Apollo landing crafts only i saw these very strange lines.. Take a look,

Are these here for everyone with nvidia cards? I run a gtx 780 it runs this game at the top DR in the menu and it looks great even on my telly!

Aren't they the debris lines radiating out from the crater around the Tycho crater? They're not that evident in real life, but they're there : https://i.imgur.com/QIcrS2J.jpg

It's just bad texturing, warping around the poles.
