Are they rarer than ever?

So I've been off line for a bit and there's a gap in the CGs Diso I thought I'd do a little rare trading and sell some of the sideymarks now there're actually bookmarks to do the job properly.
I've visited leesti, Diso, and zaonce and the rares have gone off the list. And I really fancied a leathery egg for me tea.
is this a new norm, or is it system/pp related?

Seems to be something going on. Lots of ships with different powers names behind them. Hopefully they'll be back again, be a shame if they're gone gone not just gone.
