I dont want to upset the Mods but would like to sell some sim equipment

as long as the devices are compatible with elite dangerous I would not have thought they would object

If none of my squad want to buy there will be a Buttkicker Gamer 2, a TrackIR4 with proclip and 2x Thustmaster MFDs. I will give them a week.
How much are you selling it for?
I will post here next Thursday with prices (I am UK), the MFDs might have gone.
I used the Off-Topic Discussion forum to mention my MonsterTech HOTAS/Joystick table mounts. Got a handful of views but no replies, probably since I haven't put them on eBay yet. In that forum you can prefix with Hardware/Technical.
Seems to me that Elite Dangerous > PC is more for discussing ED on PC. I guess the mods handle certain sections/forums, used to be you could contact Brett but he's gone and I'm not sure who runs these forums these days. You could ask any mod and maybe they know who makes these decisions.

I'd just like some clarification and maybe even a specific forum or thread prefix in the off-topic section. My reading of the forum rules would lead me to believe that selling off old items related to the hobby of playing ED isn't strictly prohibited but there isn't a dedicated forum section for that purpose.
I would say this section of the forum rules would come the closest to prohibiting but I think it is open to interpretation, but if you are just posting that you have extra equipment you want to get rid of and say, "contact me personally", that would seem to be okay:

That is very true. Maybe he can sell it on ebay, and link the page on forum? Which could mean his not doing anything he shouldn't.
worst case a simple post like this one would be enough to get interested people in touch with you via private message.
actually advertising the stuff with prices and all might be frowned upon a bit. just a hunch.
It's been done quite a few times before, for higher end joysticks and the like with prices in the thread. I've yet to see a mod step in, and if they were inclined to I doubt it would be more than a pm and edit of post.
