Are we fixing the Galaxy map "my fleet" mouse scrolling

Pc players cannot even simply click on there fleet in the galaxy map and scroll down to locate your ship why do we have to left click on the side bar and drag!!!!! this is just plain Broken!!!!

I can't scroll down using the keyboard combination either
