Are we paid for delivering commodities to construction sites?

Hi, I didn't find the answer to this in the SysCol guide, etc... We're paid for delivering all those commodities to port/facility constructions, right? Just like delivering to a regular market? So hauling all that stuff still yields some cr/hr profit, we're not just dumping it for free after buying it all out-of-pocket, right?
Thanks!

Yes. You can probably find better prices elsewhere, but if you're buying it for a reasonably sensible price in the first place you'll definitely make some sort of profit.

Ok awesome, thanks kindly for confirming that! :)

I was having a panic attack that there was no payment and I needed to grind a few trillion cr to pay for it all 🥴

Just to check since the construction sites are now Brewer Corp. We cannot get paid more by putting the system into boom can we? If we ever could.

That would never have worked, I think, it's always just been fixed pricing.

If they were actual commodity markets, then the most common outcome would probably have been:
- build structure which doesn't give +SEC
- sneeze
- system goes into immediate Lockdown
- deliveries over

(Boom doesn't really affect the pricing of relevant goods either - the advantage of Boom for colonisation is to put on the place you're getting the cargo from to boost supply volumes if needed. But I don't think anything more exotic like Infrastructure Failure for CMM Composite sales would have mattered back then)
