Astropilots Against Slavery is an intergalactic organisation looking to rid the universe of this malodorous trade. Human slavery is an abomination, an affront to common decency and should be rooted out wherever it exists.

As a member of A.S.S. you vow to hunt down those who deal in this foul trade and reduce them to space dust. Then hoover that dust up and put it in the intergalactic waste bin of shame.

We know that those poor souls who are sold into slavery would prefer to be blasted into the nether on the criminal vessel they are being carried on than spend one more light second as a slave. Blasting those poor suckers away is the right thing to do. The only thing to do, doing anything else would be wrong. Quite literally signing your accent that YOU AGREE WITH THE SLAVE TRADE, do you want that on your conscience?

  • Instantly attack any vessel carrying slaves, whether wanted or not. No matter what the vessel size or its armaments
  • Where the badge of A.S.S. proudly wherever you go in the universe
  • Earn the respect of the police who will occasionally shower you with beams of laser light to show their appreciation for attacking these low lifes

Is that light second from the same table of measurement as the parsec (i.e. how quickly you can do the kessel run?)?

Once ship boarding/takeover gets introduced into the game I would gladly join your ranks with the intention of taking over the offending ship and freeing the slaves onboard.

2 questions,

1. What is your view on imperial slaves? They are indentured servants not slaves.

2. If you attack/kill slavers don't you harm the very slaves you wish to protect?

Actually, I usually do the End Corporate Slavery jobs. Free the slaves, not annihilate them whilst in transit!!!

1. Imperial slaves are still slaves, they just smell slightly better

2. It's not harm it's freedom. The freedom to have their carbonised particles wander the universe forever wondering "where did it all go wrong?"

Some of the missions I do have me collecting slaves from stations and delivering them to be set free by the client, If you scan my ship and see slaves then blast me to smithereens then you are not helping slaves as you profess and are just a murderer!!
