Arissa Lavigny-Duval uses Federal Enforcers!

I am pledged to Aisling for the time being, granted. But I am at least allied with the Empire and of highest rank achievable.
So when I am mulling around in Empire Space, albeit in a section under Arissa's influence, minding my own business, I am more than a little puzzled when a Federal Enforcer sends me a direct message that I do not belong here, and proceeds to interdict me! I mean come on, Arissa, that is low! I expect more from a highly respected member of the Emperor's own blood line and a leader that promotes Empire Values!
Federal Enforcer? Shame on you!

Edit: of course I sent the Federal scum to oblivion, but I am sure he was not alone.

The Federal Enforce coming after you is normal, I believe. My short 8 hour tenure in PP for Patreus was rife with Federal Enforcers and Federal Agents accosting me at Patreus's headquarters (of all places!).

The message, however, doesn't make much sense.

..yea..
The point being that Federal Enforcers have no jurisdiction in Empire Space.
If they were there on behalf of anyone else than the influencing power, they should have been targeted by that power's security detail.

And obviously, his enforcers doesn't even need system permit to harass you. I was ambushed in Facece...

I would imagine permits are fairly easy to forge for a power as large as the Federation...but it sure does seem ballsy and is probably grounds for open war.

Hmmm Patreus seems to be sending alliance enforcers after me, the git....

G

What the whay? Wouldn't that be Mahon?

Patreus definitely shouldn't have any Alliance ships...I don't think he is even exploiting any alliance space...what the actual heck?

Enforcers are Mercenaries. Agents/Shields of Justice etc are the Powers personal police force. Mercenaries don't need power, they are paid to enforce the powers ideals where they currently have no control.

Mahon's Mercenaries.

These NPCs are an attempt to make the universe feel more alive. Like the factions are doing things without player intervention. Fluff if you will. I like them to be honest.

Blasphemer! How dare you speak ill of the true Princess??!! Lavigny's Legions will find you and dispense imperial justice!

Arissa is #1 and rightly so. As a consequence, she'll use who she pleases when she pleases at any damn time she pleases in any which way she pleases thank you very much. Complaints are unbecoming and shall be ignored. Habitual complainers shall be smited with extreme prejudice.

All Hail the Emperor
Bask in his Greatness

I assure you honourable sir, my mistress does not employ feds.
Do not believe the lies these Federals tell you.
Just destroy them in the name of the emperor.

What puzzles me is that I do not get any reward from mr. Hudson when I kill alliance enforcers trespassing in his home system.

Yes that is an oversight in the design of PP.
I hope that gets changed. We should at least get a few merits for our troubles.

It has to do with the PP mission system. There are no missions for any power to kill "Enemy" ships in friendly Control or Exploited systems. You have to be in an opposing powers Control System or in a combat pocket of an Expansion. This isn't to say that it couldn't or shouldn't be changed, but this is the reason why you don't get rewarded at the moment.

This. Federation ships attacking Empire ships in the core systems of the Empire (and probably vice versa) is no trifling matter. The lack of rewards for killing them, meh. They shouldn't be there in the first place, certainly not in the numbers I've seen so far (4-5 interdictions on the way to Lagerkvist is not uncommon)

Oh they are no problem, since I ditched the t7 and went back to the Asp they can send what they like.

de Lavginy's Forces are hardly the crusaders for law and order they claim to be

"Shields of Justice" They shield people from Justice indeed

The mingling of the general simulation and PP is pretty bad at time. There is a Torval-controlled Federal system that started to generate and sell Imperial slaves but still hold them illegal. Talk about schizophrenia.
