The weekly ARX earning limit is 400 and is reset on Thursday mornings at 07:00 UTC during the weekly server maintenance.
You do know that the week starts and ends with the regular server maintenance every Thursday morning, right?

Apparently your ability to ask a meaningful question.
when you logon (or exit game to main menu) you should see your total awards from previous session which shows the weekly arx cap, if it shows 400/400 you can not collect any more arx untill the reset on thursday
