Arx not updating?

So I got a gift card and decided to use it on some Arx on the Xbox store. It’s not updating my Arx count and it’s been a solid hour now. Is it broken? Did I get screwed out of money?

anyone else having this issue?

Some time it may be slower - although i had the delays happen more often on PC than on XB
Try a relog - but do quit the game from the XB home screen (menu click the icon and chose quit)

Bought arx a few days ago and it never showed up on my account in game. Still waiting for a reply from frontier.....

So its been 4 hours since I purchased and still not arx, though my paypal showed they took the money, you know, immediately. So any idea whats up?
