How can i buy ARX? I do not have creditcard or GPay. Can i use Paypal or IDEAL?

I don’t know what ‘ideal’ is, but as far as I’m aware you can’t use PayPal. If you don’t have a credit card you can just use your debit card if it has a Visa or Mastercard logo on it.
Note that this doesn't include banking cards that only have the V Pay logo on them. At least I couldn't figure out if and how.
My workaround is using Steam to buy ARX, but obviously that only works if your account is linked to a Steam copy.
