I got a few suggestion's.
1: to encourage pirating change the bounty bonus the Independant - Archon Delane - 20/30/40/50% reduction in fines/bounties into
20/30/40/50% On Stolen cargo instead.
2: The Cytoscrabler ? What ship other then a Adder got cargo space to pirate with this super useful weapon with its 500meters range?
Suggested fix: Take Burstlasers from All Classes and remove their Hulldamage and add that to shield damage , wich would make cytos
useful but not overpowerd..
3: The Cargo drop's need to be changed a bit , the npcs in Resource extraction sites should drop ores and minerals. Allso the max drop before
cans blow up from 20 to atleast 100 (yes i know its coming)
4: Allso in powerplay in general there need to be a change to merit system , cause a lot of players just haul the powers resources to the
nearest delivery place to get merits the fastest. Wich will mess up any powers Preparations and fortifications .... especially
for the smaller powers..
