Ascension Mission not appearing

I'll keep this simple: I'm at 100% for the next navy rank, and the mission isn't appearing like it usually does. What gives?

Try to go to another system. I had that happen, jumped and landed at another base and 3 came up.

I have been to multiple systems and it's still not showing up.

Exactly. 100% is not always 100% you may need one or two more missions at that rank.

Best thing is to carry on doing missions, etc until the ascension missions generate...
