Alioth has perm discount for Asp, permit required, easy to get, couple missions for Alioth Independants in neighboring systems outta do it.

Check active discount thread. You can buy an asp 20% off in Hudson controlled Systems and also outfit it with 20% off. If you dont find one ( witch i doubt ) you can head over to sirius and buy there for 15% off. No need to waste time for permits.

Yeah, Alioth is the best atm (20%) but as mentioned permit. Lembava and surrounding area is 2nd best (15%).

I got the permit from doin bounty hunting while there was a cg running. You schould get it even doin more missions or getting some rare trades with good profit there.

Took me a while to get one, but on the up side I made 5 mil to outfit it properly once I did get the Asp. :)
