Ships ASP Ex. build, looking to buy it, want to optimize build so I can see how much money I need for it.

I want it primary for fight, bounty hunting. So please aim comments in that direction. I will also do some courier and material recovery missions that I can get with 8-16t cargo (this build have 8t).
I am driving Cobra MkIII atm, but I will go down to Eagle (or to get imperial eagle?) for more battle training, and atm I have around 12mil credits (most of it invested in ship) so It will take some time until I get to ASP.

One more question, is it good to go to ASP Explorer over Imperial Courier, or any other buy between cobras/vipers and ASP Explorer?

While it's not exactly a great ship for BH, you can still use it and it will hold it's own. It'll be a big difference from how the Cobra flies (love this ship, have several lying around).

The ASP-X is only second to the Anaconda as an exploration ship, so yes, it is a great exploration ship, just make sure to get the FSD modded to Level 5 if you can to get 30+LY on the jump range.

Oh, about cost, decent outfitting will be around 12M (D-rated), A-rating will be more expensive. So my suggestion is A-rate the important modules like the FSD, Power Distributor and maybe the thrusters - the other you can get D-rated versions or depending on what you need (ie- Powerplant). I would also say that if you're budget is really limited, get D-rated or C-rated modules and do the Engineers, even a Level 1/2 FSD will have performance that is on par with stock A-rated modules thus saving you some credit

Thanks. I am not impatient, so I will practice fighting and game mechanics until I have money for full A rated components, that will also give me time to figure out how engineers works and how to use them. And to see what impact engineered components have on power useage so I can get optimal power use during battle.
Atm I finally figured out best keyboard layout for me and I start winnning against NPC pirates, so I need some more time to play on low cost ships. I will get there in two three weeks...
