One used to be able to buy the Asp Explorer with a 20% discount at Irkutsk station in Alioth. The only hurdle was to get the Alioth permit.
However, there are no Asp Explorers available to buy there as of (at least yesterday)! None today after the server tick.
Is it just sold out or is it no longer being offered here at all?
