Aspiring Bounty Hunter Needs New Home

Hello. I am an aspiring bounty hunter and, although I'm relatively new to the bounty hunting deal, I need a new home. I currently live in CET. It's pretty good but it's far away from the Empire and Alliance. I think I've found a suitable place but I need something really solid.

The place I'm thinking of is Esumindii. (This sation has no black market.)

It's an independent, High Tech station that's close to an Empire System, an Alliance system and lots of Federation systems.

If anyone has anywhere better for me to stay, I'd be happy for suggestions.


REQURIEMENTS:

Needs to be near 3 faction systems.

Needs to be a High Tech system (or better for outfitting)

Needs to have one of those hexagon like stations as the home station.

Would be nice if it had a black market.

Would be nice if it was not an empire system,

Would be nice if the station wasn't too far away from the nav beacon.


If anyone has any suggestions on where to stay, I'd be very glad.

I'll go check those out, am looking for a safe haven myself for BH purposes.
Although I'd prefer an outpost (with black market) over a station - since I suck sneaking in a Python.

I'm just not a fan of them. Also I tend to find that they have less black markets for some reason.
